These Terms govern your use of the service. By creating an account you agree to them, together with the Privacy Policy.
1. Your account
You are responsible for your credentials and for activity under your account. Give accurate information and keep it current. Tell us promptly if you believe your account has been accessed without permission. You must be old enough to enter a contract in your jurisdiction, and at least 16.
2. Your content stays yours
You keep all rights to the content you upload or create. We claim no ownership of it. We process it only to run the service for you: storing it, serving it to your visitors, indexing it so you can search it, backing it up, and applying the features you ask for. We do not use your content to train AI models.
You grant us the limited licence needed to do those things, and nothing wider. That licence ends when you delete the content or close your account, apart from copies in backups that age out on their normal cycle.
3. Acceptable use
You may not use the service to:
- store or distribute unlawful content, or content that infringes someone else's rights
- attempt to breach security, reach another customer's data, or circumvent limits and quotas
- send unsolicited bulk email, run phishing, or host malware
- disrupt the service for other customers, including by deliberately overloading it
- resell or white-label the service without a written agreement with us
We may suspend an account that is causing active harm to the service or to others. We will tell you why, and where the situation allows it we will ask you to fix the problem before acting.
4. Your visitors' data
If you collect personal data through the service, for example with a form, you are the controller of that data and we are your processor. You are responsible for having a lawful basis, for telling your own visitors what you collect, and for answering their requests. We will support you. See the GDPR page.
5. Plans, billing and usage
Paid plans are billed in advance for the period you choose. Plans include usage allowances, and features that consume metered resources such as AI generation are subject to those allowances and to fair-use rate limits that keep the service healthy for everyone.
You can cancel at any time, effective at the end of the current billing period. We do not refund partial periods unless the law requires it or we have failed to deliver. If we change prices we will give you notice before the change affects you.
6. Availability
We work to keep the service available and we monitor it, but we do not promise uninterrupted service on standard plans. Maintenance, provider outages and incidents happen. Where we have agreed a specific service level in writing, that agreement governs.
7. Third-party services
The service depends on third-party providers, and any integration you choose to connect is governed by that provider's own terms. Those providers are listed, with links to their terms, on the GDPR page.
8. Getting your data out
You can export your content while your account is active, and we will help if you need an export we do not yet offer self-service. Being easy to leave is a feature, not a risk, so we will not hold your data hostage to keep your business.
9. Suspension and termination
You can close your account at any time. We may terminate for material breach of these Terms, for non-payment after notice, or where the law requires it. On termination your content is deleted or anonymised, except where we must keep records for legal reasons. Ask us before closing the account if you want an export first.
10. Warranties and liability
The service is provided as is, without implied warranties, to the extent the law allows. Nothing here limits liability that cannot lawfully be limited, including for death or personal injury caused by negligence, or for fraud. Subject to that, neither side is liable for indirect or consequential loss, and our total liability is capped at the fees you paid in the twelve months before the claim.
11. Changes to these terms
We may update these Terms. For material changes we will give reasonable notice and update the date at the top. Continuing to use the service after a change means you accept it. If you do not, you can close your account.
